CONFIDENTIALITY CHARTER – 

  • THIS CHARTER IS TO INFORM CUSTOM CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS ABOUT THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH FM TRANSFO COLLECT AND TREAT PERSONAL DATA WHEN CUSTOMERS USE WWW.FM-TRANSFO.COM.

 

DÉFINITION  – Personal data are all the pieces of information about a person who can be identified through a user identifier, name, number, location, etc.

Cookie ou Cookies : text file that could be stored in a hard disk space  of your terminal (PC, Tablet computer, mobile phone…) when the customer visits the website.

Terminal : equipment such as a computer, a tablet computer, smartphone and more generally any communication means allowing a customer to consult a website through his web browser.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA – 

FM TRANSFO could collect some of your personal data when you fill collect forms (account creation, contact, registration to the newsletter ), when you accept to receive commercial offers, you shop online or authenticate via a social network. The obligatory or optional nature is clearly precised in the collect forms. FM TRANSFO might collect some of your personal data by cookies or through external partners, with your previous acceptation.

The personal data that are collected are subject to a secured treatment under the responsibility of FM TRANSFO.

  • Only internal services of FM TRANSFO, in order to contact you with a professional aim, and the company of maintenance, or concerning the website (personal data are never transmitted to our commercial partners).
  • The personal  data collected by FM TRANSFO aren’t sold in any way and are only used in a commercial context after validation by the customer.

Personal rights :

According to the French and European rules about personal data and their protection, you can have an access to your data. You can also correct, remove, false, ambiguous, outdated or prohibited data. FM TRANSFO is responsible for the treatment of the data, only collected for their use.

The marketing management and the customer relationship manager are subjected to a computer processing treatment (law of january6th, 1978 concerning computers, files and liberties)

FM TRANFO reserves the right to use these data , to send commercial information or for a control of quality (article n° L121-20-5) excluding any other use of prospection for other natural or legal persons.

FM TRANSFO undertakes to take all the useful and appropriate measures in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data and especially prevent from distortion, damaging or violation.
